  • Developing assessment tools and strategies to measure student performance, along with analyzing data to identify strengths, and areas of improvement, enabling schools to make informed decisions.

  • Together with school leaders, we define SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals and develop detailed action plans to achieve them.

  • Provide ongoing support to schools as they implement their strategic plans, helping them overcome obstacles and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability. Regular evaluations and adjustments are made to keep the plan on track.

  • Training for school leaders on effective strategic leadership, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and change management.
